Coach Robert, how do these macros look? CARBS: 300ish PROTEIN: 220ish FAT: <60 CALS: 2800ish
Height: 74 inches
I currently weigh between 145-150 and maintaining.
SQUAT: 180lbs started at 115
DL: 290lbs started at 200
BP: 165lbs started at 95
PRESS: 100lbs started at 65
I have been doing the program CORRECTLY going on 3 weeks now.

My pants are getting tighter in the legs but my weight has maintained. I didn't expect this so quickly
Well if you aren't missing reps and your thighs are getting bigger, I'd say you are eating enough. If it gets hard to make reps again, eat more. Eat in accordance with the weight on the bar. Quite simple isn't it?

You are very welcome. "Experts" in 2019 are more interested with debating semantics of things that allegedly (not to be confused with actually) take place in a lab setting with each other rather than educating the public. So are they even experts at helping you? The guy who is actually doing the thing that we are interested in learning about?
