Probably. I don’t think it’s the full fat milk so much as the quantity.
Do novices who start off underweight typically come off whole milk after they’ve gained a bunch of weight? I’m up to 93 from 78kg now at 6’2, probably need be heavier but don’t want to stay on milk if there’s other options.
It depends on the novice. I would have you go from full fat to nonfat and see what that does this way you continue to get the high protein and carbohydrate content of it.
