    Keep your carbohydrate intake up as high as you can while creating a caloric deficit meaning as possible while still losing fat. This means that if you cut your fat down real low and you still can't lose fat then carbohydrate would be the next macro to cut. Eventually they need to go down, you just don't want to cut them first.
