I' am using this calculator he calculates the body fat based on the US Navy formular.
So today I measured a body fat percentage of 16%

    Weight: 177 lbs
    Height: 6 ft 1 in
    Waist: 36 inch

By the way I find it difficult to measure the scope of the waist.
Sometimes I just move my belly or have the feeling that I breath air into it..
    Any suggestions for a alternative?
    Neck 17 inch

That is not a very accurate method for measuring body fat percentage but if you keep with it it can give you some trending data. For waist ignore the air and just measure it and make sure you measure it the same way each week. Don't overthink it. Ultimately though, I would not worry about your body fat percentage and focus on getting stronger.
