Hello Coach! I had the pleasure of watching your SS radio podcast with Rip. And since you guys advocate that everyone should drink a gallon of milk a day , this leads me to a question. I always understood the relevance of GOMAD for young, underweight trainees but I never truly considered the value of GOMAD dollar wise considering the amount of nutrients you receive in return. I am a 44 yo male at 73.5 inches and 250 lbs who has to feed five mouths in addition to my own on a single income. Could I use a skim milk GOMAD plan to help supplement my protein and carbs intake? Thank you in advance!

Everyone yes. That's precisely what we said. To answer your question you certainly can and it is a cost effective method of acquiring a high amount of carbohydrates and protein when trying to manage a budget provided you can tolerate it well.

Irony and humour are not for everyone, Neil. They are not GOMAD, after all.

You guys make me smile. All sarcasm aside, I truly appreciate what you all do. Your simplicity, not to be confused with difficulty, is refreshing in a world of information overload and biased "scientific" research. Thank you.
