I always understood the relevance of GOMAD for young, underweight trainees but I never truly considered the value of GOMAD dollar wise considering the amount of nutrients you receive in return. I am a 44 yo male at 73.5 inches and 250 lbs who has to feed five mouths in addition to my own on a single income. Could I use a skim milk GOMAD plan to help supplement my protein and carbs intake?
