Default Nutrition for improved intra-set recovery?

Here's a question I've been bouncing around in my head, trying to find information to answer (to no avail): is there any way to tackle speeding up set rest periods from the angle of nutrition or supplementation? I'm working pretty well at 10 minutes for now, but my lifts aren't that high, and I'm sure as they go up I'll need more, so I'd love to find some way to speed up that recovery period between sets. Any possibilities?

There's an article on this site about supplements that work, such as beta alanine. Depending on how long your workouts are, a simple carb intraworkout can help.

Any idea what the article was called? I'm having trouble finding it. Also, would gatorade work?

Probably this one, CF: Stop Wasting Money - Nutrition Supplements that Actually Work

YMMV on the "work" part though.

I am. I never did a "load" period for it though.

Not necessary to. How many days have you been on it and how much are you taking?

Since I started this run of the program, end of June I think. I take about a tablespoon a day.

Should be plenty saturated by now to get the benefit. How much are you currently lifting?

Can any of you recommend an affordable, quality BCAA supplement?
