I always get 8 minimum. Sometimes I end up waking up prematurely for whatever reason, but I go back to sleep when that happens.

That's plenty. At this point try the higher calories and if that doesn't work, consider hiring a coach to get a second set of eyes on what you are doing. More often than not when I inherit a DIY SSNLP client, several mistakes have been made along the way even if they were unintentional.

I know my squat suffers from some form creep problems. I've had to do 10% drops to address that twice, and I'm thinking another one is due.

Good Lord, that's about 3x recommended dosage. A teaspoon is about 4g.

    Which part was confusing?

The fact that it only talked about leucine and how to space it out throughout the day.

"Dosage: 20g of whey contains about 3g of the amino acid leucine. "

This doesn't tell me dosage, it just tells me how much leucine is in 20g of protein. From other sources, I know about the .8g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Should I have multiple 20g ingestions of whey throughout the day? I'll need about 5, but the article doesn't tell me that.

In general, the section conflates dosage, spacing, and quantities of protein vs leucine.

Thanks. I wasn't really looking for answers, just pointing out a section in the original link that could do with some rewriting, IMO.

    You'd rather remain unclear?
