Protein Supplements vs Food
Been thinking about cutting back on whey protein consumption in place of real food. Is it more advantageous to consume less protein with real food (say 200g vs 250g) or more protein with supplementation? Curious to hear from anyone out there that chooses real food over supplements and if you’ve seen any advantage with your lifts.

You should not rely heavily on protein powder for your protein. It lacks the micronutrients that you get from food. Two shakes per day is sufficient, eat the rest of it from food.
