Hey Robert...I was wondering if you could give me your take on organic veggies/fruit. Trying to overhaul my diet and amp up the fruit and veggies intake to get more vitamins/minerals. Is organic “healthier” than non? I appreciate the time you guys put in to this forum!

I don't know that it's "healthier" but some foods do have a notable taste difference. How would you rate your current consumption?

I’d say my current consumption is lacking:
Morning: half glass of OJ and 2 egg/cheese breakfast sandwiches
Lunch(split in 2 meals): mixed up chicken, potatoes, peas, red pepper
Dinner: usually some kind of chicken/turkey with similar veggies as lunch rotating in broccoli.
Ultimately concerned about my vitamin and minerals. Was considering some kind of rotating fruit or spinach shake in the morning.
    Thoughts/recommendations?
    Thanks again!

Whether you go organic or non organic you are subject to the limitations of the human gut. You will only absorb so much from a given food source and factors such as heat, cold, fiber content, and even exposure to oxygen (e.g. vitamin c) will further reduce the bioavailability. This is why they are typically recommended in large portions. Whether it’s organic or non organic makes little difference but you will notice a difference in taste.
