The whey I use now gives me major...and I mean major...gas about 5 hours after. I use two types, Gold Standard Chocolate/Peanut Butter and Jarrow Natural French Vanilla. Usually ~2 scoops per smoothie + some fruit.Originally Posted by Travis Reid
