    The reduction of insulin sensitivity is due to acidic foods reducing the glycemic load of carbs, correct?

    Not quite. As of today, there is no precise molecular mechanism that has been identified. There are some data stating that it:

    1) Improves endothelial function, which increases muscle blood flow, thus enhancing glucose disposal and reducing post-prandial hyperinsulinemia.

    2) Inhibits dissacharidase activity, which reduces the rate of starch digestion lol.

    starting strength coach development program
    I'm experimenting with cider vinegar gummies -yeah really and some amino acids. I haven't yet deadlifted the 700lbs they promised on the side of the tub ;-) tastes awful, an aftertaste somewhat reminiscent of long boiled chicken disguised under some menthol flavouring. It might be more fruitful to suck one of my used gym socks, but I will persevere and endeavour to bring some very unscientific thoughts here.
