    I've gone from a small weight lifting belt to a medium in 2 years and it definitely isn't all belly fat. My wife like to josh with me about my waist gainz, but she remarked that there isn't that much fat as she thought there was during a pinch test. I can't see how the waist can stay small when lifting places stress on those muscles, they inevitably must grow.

    I think many fitness bloggers explore this topic on Sarms for ladies. They have some valid points. But make sure they don't advertise any specific brand they are paid for.
