Age/height/Weight/lifts/Macros?
Hello everyone,
I started beginner training at the end of november and more I less I train once in each two days, 1 hour training.
I'm not sure "sore" is the right term for what I feel in muscles, but I definitely "feel" the muscles I trained every day.
This might be good, as it could mean I train properly but the question is - could it be that my body does not get enough recovery time?
May be one day between the trainings is not enough?

I was extensively training during my youth and then done nothing for 25 years, now starting again.
