    BP 5x3 67,5 kg - 150 lb

    PC 3x5 57,5 kg - 125 lb
    CU BW 8x1 7x1 6x1

    ==Background==
    Have watched SS on Youtube and read many of your articles. Gathered some understanding of training and eating, and have been correcting mistakes over time. Got SSBBT3 and PPST3 1 month ago, turning 18 years. Had begun NLP properly about 3 months ago. Was adding weight to the bar for 2 months, until stalling each lift but PC. Gave each lift a second try, then reset to 90%. Stalled on the same weights again. Gave each lift a second try, then reset to 90%. Now stalled on the same weights again. Am resting 5 minutes between sets. Believe not SQ nor DL nor PC nor CU have any big technique issues. BP and PR do and are lagging after, with which am working.

    ==Issue==
    While not making progress but still eating as earlier, I gained some weight (6 kg - 13 lb) (most on chest and belly). My mother calls me fat and says I must eat less, but she is vegan so what does she know haha? Myself think I must eat more, to break the stalls. I am tall and "undermuscled". Seems like eating towards a future goal of 107 kg - 236 lb BW could apply to me: Body Composition for Barbell Training | Robert Santana, "Any risk with the overweight category (BMI 25-29.9) essentially disappears if you are physically active".

    ==Questions==
    1) Are my macros optimal?
    2) How many kcal should I eat daily, 3) with what weekly weight gain in mind?

    Thanks for sharing and glad you found some value in the articles. Your mother needs to understand that if you are 'fat' at 6'3" 189 then you clearly lack muscular bodyweight.

    To answer your questions:

    1) You may need to go to 500-550 g carbohydrate per day if you aren't continuing to gain. I also think you can probably push the fat up some more too.

    2) 4000 minimum.

    Press and Bench are lagging behind quite a lot. Sure there are no technique issues?
