    Hi Robert!

    Height: 5 ft 10 inches
    Weight: 209 lbs
    Age: 34

    Lifts:
    Squat: 230 3x5
    Bench: 175 3x5
    Deadlift: 260 3x5
    Press: 120 3x5

Currently I'm running LP trying cut a small amount of weight while getting stronger/maintaining strength. My goal is to go from 209 to 199ish.

I'm trying to figure out my protein, carbs, fat and calorie numbers for this goal.

    Any help is appreciated!

Have you read the position papers?

    Also,

How often are you deadlifting? How big are your jumps? How slow is the bar speed?

    1. I have not read them, I will today.

    2. I deadlift every training session. I'm increasing by 5 lbs. Bar speed is quick, no grinding.

Take some 10 lb jumps. My money is on you being stronger than you think at them. Film them so you can hold yourself accountable. Deadlifts always feel slower than they look. It's important you learn this early

    Pulled 270 x 5 tonight, no issues!

I'm setting my protein and carbs for 200 a piece and adjusting carbs from there based on how I feel. I'm tracking everything to keep fat under 100.

Great. Do 280 next time. Film it so you can laugh at yourself for thinking it was Heavy.
