    • woodmere new york april seminar date
    I am 17, 510, and weigh 200 lbs. with about a 36-37 inch waist. Never really cut at all in the past year. I know starting strength is not typically the program you want to run while cutting Im sure, but my body fat level and strength grown a good bit the past few months. Im eating 3500 calories a day. Should I do a mini cut or keep going? I dont care about abs or any of that crap, I just feel chubby now.

    Squat: 290 3 x 5
    Bench: 165 3 x 5 😔
    Deadlift: 320 x 5
    PC: Still in the process of getting form down
