My minimum protein requirements
I'd like to get an idea of how much protein I really need to maintain progress. Past 7 weeks I've been eating everything in sight and have already gained 40 pounds. However I'm afraid it will be harder to find supplies as the epidemic progresses so I'd like to conserve the protein powder I currently have. I am 5'11, 200 pounds, about 19% bodyfat. I'm currently squatting 300 and benching 210 each for 3 sets of 5. I've been adding roughly 5 pounds per workout until now and just about to enter my 3rd week of phase 3 of starting strength.

If you eat at least 150 grams per day you should be fine, but i'd probably aim for 175 g to be safe.
