Robert - so what do you tell the guy that's finally realizing the extra weight is too much, and it's got to come off for health reasons? Where does he start so that it's not too complicated? I'm 6' 320, 40 year old male, and I'm starting to check all the "middle-aged fat guy" boxes: hypertension, sleep apnea, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, low T, all that jazz. I know you've worked with guys like me before and can point me in the right direction to get started and under 308, 275, and eventually 242.

First, I'd recommend reducing your calorie intake, first through fat then carbohydrates as well as cleaning up the quality of your diet. From there we'd adjust the programming based on your tolerance. When you can no longer progress we spread out the SRA, adjust intensity and volume, etc. Pretty standard deal. Happy to help if you are looking to get some coaching.
