Should I be concerned with mercury or other heavy metals eating 16oz of farm raised salmon in one meal?

    Thanks!

Nope. The selenium chelates it. Just be careful with swordfish and mako shark, the mecury:selenium ratio is high enough to matter there.

It contains both mercury and selenium. However, the selenium content is higher than the mercury content, thus inhibiting the absorption through chelation.
