What typical factors could contribute to no loss of weight if you were to consistently eat less than your BMR as calculated by the Harris-Benedict equation?

I'm trying to figure this out for an early 40's female who is primarily sedentary and I believe isn't eating anywhere near base-line recommended macros. She is currently only "practicing" the main lifts of the SS NLP.

Just means that you need to eat even fewer calories. RMR downregulates with calorie restriction.....until it doesn't of course. It's not uncommon for female clients, especially those who have a history of yo yo dieting or extreme calorie restriction, to have to restrict real low to get any traction. Does she fit this description?

"I believe isn't eating" might also be part of the problem. An accurate food diary is really difficult to achieve by those that don't want it to hurt, much like those who swear their strength progression failure is down to anything other than simply NDTP.
