Trying to figure out how to calculate grams of protein per day. Should it be grams per pound of body weight or grams per pound of lean muscle mass? In my case it would be approximately 280 to 300 grams of protein if it is by body weight. Or about 230 to 250 grams if it is Lean Muscle Mass?
I'd go with 230 g and see how you respond.
