Sounds reasonable. Try it out and if it legitimately interferes, cut it back. Doubt it will though.
Hasn't really interfered, though I'm developing some nagging pain in my right achilles tendon. Ironically it doesn't bother me at all when I lift but it's a bitch when I walk.
That would be a good reason to try something else. Walking is sort of important.
Well I stopped when the tendon soreness manifested. I'm not risking an injury for the sake of exercise bike intervals. Been using an old heating pad on it and that helped a bit. I'll try again with 3 intervals instead of 5 once it abates completely, if I get it again then the experiment gets scrapped entirely.
