    Coach Robert, what's your opinion on carb/calorie reduction on non-training days to facilitate fat loss?

    It's a good strategy if you are finding that you need to eat very few calories to lose fat. It's also good if you have evidence of insulin resistance/glucose intolerance. If you are generally healthy I don't think it's mandatory but it won't hurt.
