Please I need some advise on my protein macro.
Here are my stats:
Age: 31
Weight: 130lbs
Height: 5'5"
Based on my TDEE results, my daily calorie maintenance is 2,692 (Bulking; 3-5days/week exercise).
I believe I have an Ectomorph body type, which made me to choose higher carb diet.
Carb 50% - 337g
Protein 30% - 202g
Fat 20% - 60g
Based on these results, I have to take 202g per day which is way higher from the usual advise of 1g per 1lb body weight (130lb = 130g protein).
My question is, is it okay to consume this high protein daily?

Stick to that eating scheme and lift and recover right, I doubt you'll be 131 for long anyway man.
