Who prepares your food?
Late 20s 72 kg 1.78cm (160 lbs 5'10) guy on NLP.
I'm used to eating one serious meal a day. So I eat a continental breakfast, loads of meat and veg and potatoes for either lunch or dinner, and perhaps an omelette for the other one of lunch or dinner. I've been adding a pizza after every workout.
My weight hasn't changed in my first week and a half of NLP. I've done 90 kg squat, 45 kg OHP, 62.5 kg bench, 125 kg deadlift and they've all felt easy, apart from the deadlift which felt hard but manageable. I assume this is unsustainable, and I won't be able to squat 120 kg for sets across at my current bodyweight.
Should I eat two meat and veg meals a day? Double my portions? Spend every evening hanging around the local McD with a napkin on hand?
Thanks
Who prepares your food?
I do myself
Which does mean I am at least partially limited by how much time I can spend cooking
Which meals do you actually prepare? Sounds like you are running out a lot and not making the best choices.
