Hello. My current weight is 134lb/61kg which is down from 150lb/68kg from March because of the Gyms being closed. My goal is to play College Football next year, and I am looking to be running this program for the next year. I think a goal weight for me would be between 190lb/86kg and 195lb/89kg. My height is 5'11 and I am 21 years old. What do you typically like to look for in the grocery store? What does your full day of eating look like? Any other feedback you have for me? Thank you.

How in the hell does a 21 year old man weigh 61 kg at 5'11"? Define College Football? Did you play high school football?

You better eat 5000 calories ASAP, with at least 200 g/d of protein and 400 g/d carbohydrates.

Yes, I do have experience. I am considering a lower level of competition. Thank you for your feedback.
