    5'10 - 260lbs - 43" waist - 31YO Male.

    225/260/350/510 Press/Bench/Squat/Deadlift 1RMs

I started at something like 150/225/260/350 in May. I also weighed 230, then.

I'm happy with my strength gains, but I've been gorging myself and I'm about to fat myself out of my current wardrobe.

Is this a good time to start to get my weight and waist size down to a more reasonable range? If so, what's the best way to manage this so that I maintain my strength, but also don't injure myself.

You will have to reduce your calories and train in the 5-8 rep range so you don't jack yourself up. Have you read the articles?
