Very strange. Maybe this link will work
Press 5x3x36kg - YouTube
It may be the background music because it says copyright grounds? Can you remove the audio?
Hi Robert, thanks for your patience on this. I’ve removed the sound and made it public so should be ok to view.

These look easy all things considered. I'd like to see you dip the bar like you are trying to "bounce" it off of your chest as you thrust. Timing is key here: Thrust and "dip." Second, never breathe at the bottom. Inhale before removing the bar from the rack and take subsequent breaths at the top. This will also save gas. Did you think this was heavy?
This was fairly easy but I’ve found that as I get over 40kg it’s a real grind. But I think when I did it before I was a) using worse form than I am now and b) not eating enough. Due to my original gallbladder removal I’d cut down to 77kg and when I started NLP 4 months ago, I was nervous about getting ‘fat’ so didn’t eat optimally. Now I eat 3000 calories a day and keep my protein high. This has helped all my lifts. I’m now 84kg and haven’t really gained much around the belly at all. Positive lbm gains everywhere else though.
I will try the bounce and breathing at the top and post another video here next week. I also think a slightly narrower grip might help. Really appreciate your feedback on this, especially as the focus of this forum is nutrition rather than form checks.
