I am new to Starting Strength and thinking of beginning the NLP soon. I have been training for 8 months now focusing only on hypertrophy and my supplement stack consists of Whey protein, Creatine monohydrate, BCAA, Glutamine, pre workout , fish oil capsules and multivitamin capsules. Should I continue with these supplements or do I need to make any changes?

Creatine, Fish Oil, Whey Protein, and Multivitamins are sufficient for you.

Robert, a "funny" story......I purchased the Costco multi. It has 18mg of iron (100% DV). I was taking two of them, one in the AM and one in the PM. Hooo, boy, after about 2 weeks or so, this was not a pretty situation at all. I then remembered that iron in a multi is a bad idea. So, I'm back down to 1/day and feeling a bit better.

Bad thing is....I've got 300 more tabs left of this. Good thing is....it cost me about $11. Should I throw them out and get another multi w/o iron and chalk it up as a (very small) loss to my wallet, and an incredible learning experience to my gut?

One last question (sorry for multiple posts this morning)...

    Costco had these Access Denied

No iron. Has all the items in the regular multi. My question is....is it a bad idea to take two of these per day? The daily values are less than the non-old person multi (that has iron).

    Thank you.

One should be plenty. Which daily values are you referring to? Most of what is in here exceeds 100%.
