More often than not My body has a natural alarm of as few as 5 hours. I can go to bed tired, not wake up during the night, but after 5~7 hours I will pop awake and that’s it, no going back to sleep. I don’t feel tired throughout the day. But, when this happens is it just my body has gotten enough sleep and is ready to go, or do some people’s systems just refuse sleep to one degree or another?

Thanks for your time and feedback.

    Need more information than that.

    Caffeine intake
Time of day you consume caffeine vs sleep time
    Screen time
    Screen time before bed
    Black out curtains?
    Weighted blanket?
    Mattress type?
    Supplements?
