    Haven't had Karlsburg but I do eat Jarlsberg? Is that what you are referring to?? That edamame pasta is damned good man! The texture is real close, it's quite impressive.

    Glad to hear about the PRs Mike, told you you could get it done. There is more to come.

    It's fabulous. Costco used to sell the larger packs but I haven't seen them in years.

    I'd be tempted to buy a large pack, but I already consume so much dairy, that it would probably go to waste.

    Publix has a small package (4-5 servings) that lasts about 4-5 days between my wife and me. Eating it with trisciuts and grapes... Uh, can't stop.
