    Daily intake:

    3630 cal, 545 g Carb, 153 g Pro, 103.5 g Fat, 34 g Saturated Fat, 4.5 g Polysaturated Fat

    Current Lifts:
    3x5 Squat 180lb,
    3x5 Bench 135lb,
    1x5 Deadlift 265lb,
    3x5 Press 70lb

    Gender/Height/Weight: Male/5'11/155lb

In the next 2-4 weeks, I am planning to go up to 4000-5000 calories. But my Carbohydrates may go over 600 grams and Fat may increase as well. Will those numbers be too high or should I simply increase my intake and adjust my nutrient intake in the next few weeks given where my body weight and lifts are? Thanks.

Those numbers will be fine for now. Once you get your weight to a good place you may be able to scale back and still make progress. 155 is too skinny though
