    Yea, resetting my squats kick started my deadlift. The problem with fat is it hides in all foods, but there's no mistaking what a pile of potatoes is. Carbs are much easier to see. I did just download a food tracker so maybe it'll help. Don't want to hijack the thread though, just wanted to vouch for the deadlift article.

    Yes, restricting fat is hard and so is getting strong. We have a saying about easy around here....
