Hey Coach,
My brother is 61 and for the past three years has been pretty sedative in his life style. He was diagnosed with AFIB and hypothyroidism in 2018. He ballooned up to 425lbs. due to his life style and the passing of his dog and our mom last year.
He use to love lifting and belonged to a gym. How can I get him motivated to get back in the groove and what would be a simple meal and workout plan for him to start dropping ponds?
