How much food
I’m 33 years old and extremely active. I went from 300lbs roughly 40% body fat to 200 and about 15% body fat over the course of less than a year. I’m just getting into starting strength and wanted some more thoughts on how many calories I should consume. It seems like someone my hight (6’1”) Mark would think I need to weigh 250lbs would that be correct?
