    Dear Robert,

    My name is Susheel and I’m from India. I recently got to know about Starting Strength and just finished reading the blue book a few days back. I’m going to start my NLP soon. I’m 5 ft 8 inches tall and weigh only 56 kilos. What’s your advice for me? How much should I weigh ideally? How much calories should I consume? What should be my macros?

    You need to get to 75-80 kg asap. Then we can start thinking about more depending on how the lifting goes along the way. I'd eat a minimum of 3500 calories, you are very underweight.

    Dear Sir,

    Thank you very much for your advice. I will surely work my way to get to 75-80 kg soon. Like you mentioned, I'll start with 3500 calories. Sir, should I keep my macros at High Carb (60:25:15) or Moderate Carb (50:30:20) or should I follow a different combination?

    I forgot to mention that I'm 28 years old in my above post.
