    Zero issue with “fuel”.

After breakfast, between more meetings, I did my bench, after lunch my cleans, before dinner my pull-ups. Sometimes this is my day.

I had read a post of Coach Santana’s about a baked potato before bed.

LOL, well I’m certainly lucky right now. I’m working virtually due to COVID. I start at 7 and finish around 5 or 6. Meetings in east and west coast time zones. So can run downstairs for a workout and still get my 8 hours in.
When I go back to the office, weekday workouts are going to be a real challenge.
    But yeah, I’m lucky now.

It was blessing for some of us. Glad you are training more because of it and not less

Santana turned me onto a great combination for early mornings where I don't want to eat a full breakfast. A couple of scoops of protein spiked with dextrose. It has served me well. Now I just have to find a protein combination that is desirable from a test standpoint, hahaha.

So easy to put that down during a workout and you still leave hungry.
