    You aren't pulling the slack out of the bar and your back is falling out of position. Try turning your toes out more, widening your grip a finger or two, and bowing out those knees. Then "BEND THE BAR" before dragging.

    Is there a certain percentage I can use to train deadlift on non-deadlift days for practicing technique without interfering with recovery?
