Sorry for the delay this week. Technical difficulties and we’ll resume Friday releases a week from Friday.
Weights and Plates Podcast: Why "Maintenance" Is a Myth on Apple Podcasts

Your bodyweight will have to increase with increases in strength. This happens faster earlier on and more gradual as time goes on.
Keep cranking out this great content, Robert!
Thank you
One of the best podcasts I have ever listened to.
Thanks for this very much.
Excellent episode, gentlemen!
Like Trent, I wish I had understood the importance of real recovery in my 20s/30s/40s, although that was anathema for endurance athletes brought up in the 80's. By the time I realized how to really recover, I was well past my prime in those sports.
Now it's the ever refreshing NLP with brief forays into intermediate programming, since winter is for the mountains, summer is for the mountains, and life is for living. The goal is to just be smarter each time I run the programs.
Keep at it!
