You are definitely a strong lifter and a strong lifter over 40 at that. I'd imagine a 5 x 5 squat would smoke you at that load. A 27 year old female I trained years back comes to mind. She was about your height and weight who was pushing similar numbers and she definitely could not do 5 x 5 squats without tanking her deadlift. It's a delicate balance at this point.
