When to bulk/cut?
In body building they say to cut to 10% and bulk to 15% which seems absurd.
What is a more realistic goal I should aim for? I started out morbidly obese at 252lbs at 5’6. I’m down to 31% body fat per a dexa, so I want to keep cutting for a while.

15-25% is more realistic and seems to work well unless you are naturally lean.
