    Hey Robert, how are you? So, one or two time a week I have to get up about 3:30 or 4 in the morning to train. I do ok, but on the days when I don't have to get up so early I have time to get some good food in me and feel much better. My question is this, is it better to get 8-9 hours of sleep and scarf down a protein shake with a banana and some dextrose powde ror get 6-7 hours of sleep and get some quality food in my belly?

    I'd go with the longer sleep and a quick shake and banana is preferred. How the hell has your training been going David. Been a while.

    Coach, I'm honored that you remember me. It has been going ok. I've had some life setbacks but I am committed again. I've made some adjustments to frequency (twice a week) to accommodate for recovery from the PT I have to do Iin the Army plus the fact that I'm 46. I feel good and confident that I'm going to hit my goals by years end.

    Glad to hear it man. We are halfway through the year so you have plenty of time.
