    Hey

I have completely plateaued after about 6 weeks training.

My body composition is basically skinny + fat, i have very skinny arms but a bit of a tummy.

I have kept a training log here, I have a scales that measures body composition.

    training log - Google Sheets

I was using this product to try to bulk up,

    https://www.gnc.com/best-sellers-sho...medium=organic

I have 3 young kids and a fairly busy job, don't have enough time to constantly eat real food so thought this would be a good alternative. but unfortunately every time i took it I was extremely lethargic and basically my day was a write off.

So now I am taking 2 protein shakes a day, Optimum-Nutrition-Gold-Standard-100-Whey-Protein-Powder, 24g of protein per shake, and eating my usual amount of food.

I am a well paid software engineer, so money isnt really an issue, but time is.

Any ideas how i can bulk up and start making progress again?

How many carbs are you taking in? Why is your deadlift stuck at 160?
