    Default Food log - what to track?

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Besides the obvious (macros, calories) what else should I keep in my log? Meal timing? How I felt that day energy-wise? Something else?

    Meal timing is good if you tend to forget to eat or eat too often. Energy levels, cravings, situations that led to deviations etc.

    Fiber, it’s important. I recently started tracking sodium and caffeine.
