Keep gaining weight after NLP
Hi Robert, quick question. Are we supposed to keep gaining weight throughout our lifting career after the NLP?
I’ve been lifting for a year now. I finished the NLP and went into TM. Before starting the NLP I weighed 84Kg and now it’s been months since I weigh 97Kg. Should I aim to gain x amount of Kg per year or per month now that I’m an intermediate?
In my case I’m 1.87m tall (6.14 ft), 32 years old.

You eventually do need to stop gaining weight unless you want to get fat. 100 is probably a good weight for you but if you want to be a competitive powerlifter 120-125 is in the cards.
