    Hi Robert,

    I'm a male,

    28,

    5 feet 10/11 inches tall

    around 25% body fat,

currently at 200lbs, waist is 37" at navel/belly button.

    My BMI is 29

I have finished my first week of SS NLP Phase 1:

    squat - 155lb
    deadlift - 220lb
    bench - 140lb
    press - 90lb

All have increased from training session 1 in week 1, i am now in week 2 of Phase 1.

How do i set my calories for continued progress on the SS NLP?

I do not want to stall out on the weights by under eating.

I am fine with counting calories using MyFitnessPal and tracking macros, I know to attain at least 200g protein, - how do i set the other macros?

Most online calculators show around 2700Kcal for weight maintenance per day - should I be eating at this amount/maintenance or increase it?

I have read the blue book 3rd edition, but could not find specifics relating to how to set your calories if you're not an underweight male.

My recovery in terms of sleep are fine a minimum of 8-10 hours per day.

    Thanks
