Now foods is pretty reliable for most things. Nature's made too. Doesn't need to be fancy.
I used to purchase Nutrigold Triple Strength Omega-3 Gold Fish Oil and loved it. Within hours of taking it my skin would soften up (my skin is super dry in the winter). But this brand is now getting a bit expensive for my blood and I'm in the market for another brand. Can anyone recommend a good fish oil supplement? Thanks.

Nordic naturals. Not the cheapest so it may be as expensive as your current brand.
Legion Athletics for the best quality, not the cheapest though.
Pretty sure cost was driving the question guys. Legion is my go to as well but not if I were on a tight budget.
Robert, I've always been hesitant to go cheap with fish oil supps. But I am all about the least expensive multi/VitC/VitD. I've always thought that fish oils that are cheap may have a lot of other stuff in them (mercury, or shit like that?) which could be more harmful then the 'other stuff' in regular multi's.
Am I way off base there?
We don't really know but Nature's Made is USP certified so it's better than nothing.
