You are not obese. Your waistline will likely come down with more strength. Are you gaining more weight?

I've gained roughly 10-12lbs since the start of my NLP (2 months) but hovering in the 190s now. So no I'm not gaining weight at the moment coach (with the current diet)

Sorry coach I'm a little confused because you said good that I'm not gaining any more weight at the moment.

So should try to gain more weight or stick to my current calories/weight and just change my programming? You saw my numbers which again I think are low for someone my size

I guess what I'm asking is If you were to have me increase my calories/gain weight, what would you have me eat? 3,500 4,000, more? Thank you

Nothing to be confused about. You are at a good bodyweight and as you get stronger you should recompose. I want you eating enough calories to fuel your workouts so the weight on the bar increases. Watching your bodyweight is a stupid approach to muscle building unless it is spiraling in the wrong direction, which I do not think it is. Otherwise the sole purpose of eating more food is to get stronger and weight gain is a side effect of that.
