Things are getting grindy. Trouble setting low back for deadlift. Starting to add Wed light Squat day. Pulling heavy only once a week.
At 3700 - 3800 cal/day about 5 days a week and then 2 days a week I will vary anywhere between 3500 - 4500 cal.
I've heard anywhere from "get up to 220 lbs as fast as possible" to "gain a pound a week."

250 protein sometimes as high as 270
Carbs usually 400-500.
Fats fill the rest.
About 40 g of fiber. Main carb sources: white rice, white potatoes, sourdough bread, fruit, veggies
That's certainly a lot of food. I'd keep the carbs closer to 500 on all days. Are you still gaining weight weekly or biweekly?
Weekly. I’ve bumped up to 4K daily. I’m averaging about 2.3 pound gains a week
