You have been spot on with your recommendations of Quest bars and Fairlife ready mixed drinks. What is your recommendation for powdered protein for drinks?

My work situation has me where I can keep a bottle of water cold in the break room refrigerator and I have found a motorized shaker bottle that works well. So I want to switch over to mixing my own afternoon snake drink to save some money. What do you recommend for powder? or Do you have a preferred powder?

    Thank you!

Glad that worked. Legion and Optimum isolate are my go to powders.

Has anyone noticed the price has skyrocketed? I buy an 11lb bag from MyProtein (England) and its usually 70. I just looked today it was 220! outrage

Robert, what is a good plan for economical consumption of protein powder?

    Thanks

Hard to say it's not exactly something you can make on your own. Just be less picky with your brands for now.

I assume you have looked for coupon codes, as MyProtein always has some kind of sale going on. I've used ASEELVIP many times to get 50% off my protein and creatine orders.

Take a look at the price of creatine. One year ago I paid $21/kg , now it's $51/kg. I've read a couple of stories saying it's increase demand during Covid and the closing off on Chinese shipments. Hopefully this will settle down soon.

Quest chips are pretty good too. I'm a big fan when I'm in a pinch.
